Will Keep the Green Realty do a good job for me?

Absolutely! We certainly will do our best. We will always put our client’s best interest before our own. After the transaction, we want our clients to give us a glowing recommendation - every time. We want our clients tell everyone they know what a fantastic job Keep the Green Realty did for them while saving them money!

Does Keep the Green Realty intend to try to get both sides of transaction (list side commission and selling side commission) when selling my home?

No. Rather, we hope it doesn’t happen that way. However, if it does work out that way, Keep the Green Realty will give back some of the buyer side commission to the seller on the closing statement.

What is the difference between a CMA and an appraisal?

The quick answer is that an appraisal report can only be performed by an appraiser. A real estate agent can’t perform an appraisal, unless they are an appraiser as well. Keep the Green Realty has a Certified Residential Appraiser (Christina B Pearson- NC License# A5157) on retainer to assist with pricing if needed

Will Keep the Green Realty take commercial listings?

Not at the moment. We want to focus on what we’re wonderful at doing…which are residential sale transactions

What cities or areas does Keep the Green Realty cover?

Although we are centered in Mebane, call, text, or email us and we can give you a definite answer. However, if we don’t cover your area, we certainly can find someone who will love to help you given our extensive referral network. So, give us a call and we’ll get you covered either way!
